Frequently Asked Questions
When will the lineup be released?
Membership in the High Note Society is a great way to support the Clearwater Jazz Holiday Foundation and its tradition of Music, Education & Outreach. High Note memberships are sold prior to the release of the lineup which is typically announced mid to late Summer.
Is there a discount High Note sign-up period as in prior years?
Yes! Discount pricing is available through May 2nd. Purchase your membership now as there are only a limited number of High Note packages available.
As a High Note member, do I have a specific reserved seat for the main stage concerts?
No. For the main stage concerts, all High Note members enjoy access to the VIP Hospitality Area. The 2025 festival format positions the VIP Hospitality Area along the waterside of Coachman Park where there is first come, first served table seating and standing room areas with views of the stage. Please see the VIP Hospitality Area in the map above. High Note members who additionally desire specific stage-front reserved seats can purchase discounted reserved seats by emailing deb@clearwaterjazz.com. As High Note members’ credentials serve as tickets into Coachman Park, members also enjoy the late afternoon, smaller concerts in the Lower Plaza and Promenade Pier prior to the headlining artists taking the main stage in the evenings on the green.
I am a High Note member. Can I purchase extra passes to the VIP Hospitality Area?
Yes! Please email deb@clearwaterjazz.com with your request and we will always do our very best to accommodate all requests subject to availability. Extra Waterfront Bistro Passes are also available for purchase but are VERY LIMITED.
If I have a CJH Waterfront Bistro Pass, do I also have access to the VIP Hospitality Area?
Yes. The CJH Waterfront Bistro Pass brings the ultimate VIP Experience with access to the new CJH Waterfront Bistro and the VIP Hospitality Area in close proximity on the large green, where there is first come, first served table seating and standing room areas with views of the stage.
What are VIP Reserved Seats?
As an alternative to joining the High Note Society, you may want to consider purchasing VIP Reserved Seats in the first few rows as these seats also grant access to the VIP Hospitality Area. You may purchase these seats online via www.clearwaterjazz.com once the lineup is announced. Alternatively, please email deb@clearwaterjazz.com with your request and we will always do our very best to accommodate all requests subject to availability.
Is food and drink available for purchase similar to the traditional festival setting?
Yes. In addition to the VIP food service available to High Note members in the VIP Hospitality Area and CJH Waterfront Bistro, all High Note Society members can also purchase food from other food vendors serving concertgoers in Coachman Park. Please refer to our site map for food vendor locations.
